Carrot Bars
18 oz. pkg. carrot cake mix
3 eggs
2/3 cup applesauce
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup raisins
Heat oven to 350. Prepare a 13x9 inch pan. Combine cake mix, eggs and
applesauce in large mixer bowl; mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Spread evenly into pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick
inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool in pan on a rack. Cut.
