YUMMY HOT TOPPING

MAKES 2 1/4 CUPS.

2 tsp vanilla

2 tbs light corn syrup

12 oz semisweet chocolate

1 cup heavy cream

IN a saucepan, combine cream and corn syrup, bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add chocolate, whisk until melted, stir in vanilla. Serve or pour into a jar, let cool completely before refrigerating for up to 2 weeks. Warm in microwave or in a saucepan before SERVING...Good on ice cream or just eat with a spoon.

Interurban Station in the middle.

The canal was about where that set of carriage

wheels is at the right. The canal has been filled

in so must be early 1900's. They watered the

streets a few times a day to keep the dust down.

This one just cracks me up!

 I do hope you all had a good week. I just know that mine as usual

flew by! I guess time will not stop for anyone huh? I try to make the

most of my days - they all are gifts, each and every one of

them. I want to thank those again for the wonderful email notes

and entries in my guest book. The comments I have received over

the years have certainly inspired me and continue to inspire me to

continue my Daily Dose. With all that being said, here is wishing

you all a wonderful weekend filled with good things. Please join
