What a great idea!
Just use your favorite pancake mix.
Pour into muffin tins and add fruit,
nuts, chocolate chips, etc ....
Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.

I wish our high school football team good
luck tonight as it is their homecoming. It is
always a good thing when the boys of Fall can
deliver a win on homecoming night. My
granddaughter Morgan will attend the dance
and has a beautiful dress - I cannot wait to
see her all decked out. Also a great big good
luck to our Ohio State Buckeyes as they travel
to take on Indiana. GO BUCKEYES!
