Potato
Cheese Bake

2 lb. Bag of Southern style cubed hash browns

1/2 sm. Onion, Chopped

1 can cream of chicken soup

8oz. Sour Cream

2 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed.

Thaw hash browns completely.
In large bowl combine potatoes, onions, soup, sour cream
and 1 c. of the shredded cheese. Mix well. Pour into
buttered 9X13 baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining
shredded cheese. Top With crushed Ritz crackers.

Bake in 350° oven for 1 hr.

Note:
Use crushed potato chips for topping if wanted
