I would like to dedicate a small portion of my page today to Joe. While being the big football fan I am and my love for the Big Ten, well, this is something I wanted to do. I think it is important. I never really have been a fan of Penn State, but after watching the Memorial Service for him today, I realized and learned many things about him. Part of me now has this huge respect for him and the university - as one by one, the speakers made me realize just what kind of a person he was. He was the winningest coach in major college football, with winning 409 games
and he took the Nittany Lions to 37 bowl games and two national
championships. More than 250 of the players he coached went on to the
NFL.What went down with him and the university the past several months or so now lies in that investigation, NOT in Joe Paterno. He truly was not just a football coach, but a educator, philanthropist, devoted family man - and a hero wronged. He will surely rest in peace for a job well done - a job that touched many people young and old. Thank you for reading.

Today, the 144 page book is being sold on Amazon.com’s marketplace. The cheapest new copy is $183.82 from the seller, International Books. That is roughly $1.29 a page and more than 12 times the original selling price.
The most expensive copy of the book is $1,486.42 from the seller, JoyPros. Both prices do not include the $3.99 shipping fee.
Used copies of the book begin at $45.84 for a “good” condition book. A “like new” will cost as much as $1,241.96.
Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars
The best of all possible worlds -- creamy cheesecake filling
on a chocolaty crust made easy with Pillsbury® cookie dough.
Heat oven to 350°F. In small bowl, beat cream cheese,
sugar and egg until smooth. Stir in coconut.
In ungreased, 9- or 8-inch square pan, break up
half of cookie dough. With floured fingers, press
dough evenly in bottom
of pan to form crust.
Spread cream cheese mixture over dough.
Crumble
and sprinkle remaining half of dough
over cream cheese mixture.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes
or until golden brown and
firm to the touch.
Cool 30 minutes. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or
until chilled. For bars, cut into 4 rows.
Store in refrigerator.
