The Spy Who Loved Me, starring Roger Moore as James Bond, hit theaters in 1977. Moore was the third actor to play the debonair 007 (after Sean Connery and George Lazenby). Since then Timothy Dalton, Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig have all had a turn at the role.

Harold Gray's beloved comic strip "Little Orphan Annie" debuted in the New York Daily News in 1924 and ran until 2010. Gray came up with the idea after meeting a girl named Annie wandering the Chicago streets. He said he admired her common sense and ability to take care of herself.
Sunshine is delicious, rain is refreshing,
wind braces us up, snow is
exhilarating; there is
really no such thing as bad weather, only
different kinds of good weather.
- John Ruskin
I always feel sorry for people who think more
about a rainy day ahead than sunshine today.
- Rae Foley
Let the rain kiss you.
Let the rain beat upon your head with
silver liquid drops. Let the rain sing you a lullaby.
- Langston Hughes
Rain showers my spirit
and waters my soul.
- Terri Guillemets
One thing a mother must always save
for a rainy day is patience
- Anonymous

had a good weekend. Mine was nice. Spent time
volunteering at our town's Blues & Ribfest in the
information booth. I got to visit with people I had

I do hope you will share my
pages with friends, family and groups.
Remember to always be safe in being very aware
