We need to find God, and he cannot be found in noise

and restlessness. God is the friend of silence.

be able to touch souls.

JUNK YARD MIX 

1 package of precooked Bratwurst

(Cheddar ones work well also)

2 bell peppers chopped

1 medium size onion chopped

5-10 potatoes depending on their size.

In a skillet, cook the brats, peppers and onion over low to med heat.

While that is cooking, peel and chop the potatoes.

Add potatoes to the skillet with just about 1/4 cup of water.

Cover and cook on low till potatoes are soft.

A quick and easy recipe - and also sounds like one that would

be ideal to fix for a "larger" family or group. The left overs are

probably just as good and if there is any remaining,

freeze for another time.
