Next time you buy green onions don't discard white tips .
Put in glass of water in a sunny window. They start
growing fast!! This really works ! You put the tips in the
with water, sit it in the sunny window and it will grow
new green onions for you to use. Then, when you cut
those tips off you can repeat the process.

Ingredients:
| 9 | Rhodes Frozen Dinner Rolls, thawed to room temperature |
| 1 lb | Lean Ground Beef |
| ½ | Yellow Onion, chopped |
| 10¾ oz. can | Chicken Gumbo Soup |
| ⅓ cup | Ketchup |
| 1½ Tbsp | Mustard |
| 1 cup | Grated Mozzarella Cheese |
| 1 cup | Grated Cheddar Cheese |
| ½ cup | Shredded Parmesan Cheese |
Directions:
Spray work surface lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine rolls
together and roll into a 13-inch circle.
Place on a 12-inch pizza pan coated
with cooking spray.
Poke dough several times with a fork to prevent bubbles from
forming. pre-bake at 350F for 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile, brown
ground beef and drain well. Add onion and cook until tender.
Stir in soup,
ketchup, and mustard; let simmer 5-10 minutes.
Spread meat mixture over pre-baked crust.
Top with cheeses and bake an
additional 5-10 minutes
or until cheese is nicely melted.
