The below picture was taken this weekend as my

husband and I ventured out for our usual long bike ride.

Nature at its best - and yes, that is my bike in

the picture ... isn't it neat?

1 pkg. watermelon gelatin
1/4 c. boiling water
12-oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 c. watermelon, seeded & cubed
1 graham cracker crust

In a large bowl, dissolve the gelatin in boiling water.

Cool the mixture to room temperature. Whisk

in the whipped topping and fold in the cubed

watermelon. Spoon mixture into crust.

Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.

I love quotes and often quote others

to better express myself ....

"I have never been especially impressed

by the heroics of people convinced that they

are about to change the world. I am

more awed by...those who...struggle to make

one small difference after another."

-Ellen Goodman

"Once you begin to acknowledge random

acts of kindness--both the ones you have

received and the ones you have given--you

can no longer believe that what you

do does not matter."

-Dawna Markova Ph.D.

Hello and I can never thank you often enough for all

the wonderful comments both by email and guest

book entries. Like I have repeated many times. They

truly inspires me to continue doing my pages.

THANK YOU!

I hope everyone had a good weekend. I did. A

long bike ride on a trail/path of nature's best as you

seen from the picture above -- and I attended my granddaughter's

dance recital. So proud of the pretty young lady and her

accomplishments and hard work with long hours

of practicing. Loved watching her, and now I share

several pictures .....

She is growing up way

too fast for this Grandma!

Time to go, be safe, be always aware of

everything and everyone around you. Have

a wonderful Monday, and please do join

me again tomorrow - till then I wish ...

HAPPY TRAILS TO YOU
