Recipe Corner
Crescent Roll
Cheeseburger Bake
1 lb ground beef cooked and drained.
1/2 ketchup
1 C cheddar cheese (shred)
Stir.
Put all the above in a 9X10" glass pie
plate. Unroll 8 oz tube of Crescent rolls
and place on top of the meat mixture
having the triangle points meeting
in the middle and making a crust around
the edge with some overflow of the dough.
Take 1/2 C remaining cheddar cheese
and sprinkle over the top of the rolls.
Bake 350 for approx 20 minutes.
I am sure one could mix in some
vegetables for a added touch, but
if you are into plain and simple,
this is your recipe.
