Recipe Corner

Tiger Butter with A Crunch

1 (11 oz.) package white chocolate chips
1 (11 oz.) package milk chocolate chips
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 to 2 c. crispy rice cereal (depending on how much "crunch" you want.)
Cover an 8 by 8in pan in wax paper.
Melt the 2 pkgs chocolate together in a microwave safe bowl in the
microwave for about 40 seconds, then take it out and stir.
Place in microwave for another 30 seconds, stir and repeat this until
chocolate is fully melted.
Just make sure you watch it so you DON'T BURN the chocolate.
Stir in peanut butter.
Stir in rice crispy's.
Pour into pan and let set.
I like to put it in the freezer for about 10 min.
Cut into small bite size pieces.

A NOTE FROM ME

I do hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving.
Mine was very good and included a early Christmas
gift which I will share with all of you later. Good
food and most important of all - FAMILY.

For those of you asking, my Dad is doing okay. He gets
the cast removed tomorrow and then we will enter
into the next stage of healing. I welcome the prayers
to continue for him. At 89 and been thru so much
already and much more to go thru, believe me,
prayer is appreciated!

Thanks for joining me this last week of November,
2012. I will begin to decorate for the cold weather
and nothing much for Christmas till Dec. 1st.
There will also be some changes in my publishing
schedule for the month of December, so please watch
for notification of that soon.
