Recipe Corner

DOUGHNUT MILK SHAKES

Makes 4 servings.

8 miniature frosted cake doughnuts

2/3 cup milk

3 tbs cream of coconut

3 cups vanilla ice cream

COARSELY crumble 4 doughnuts, set aside.
In blender, combine ice cream, milk and cream of
coconut until smooth. Add crumbled doughnuts,
pulse until blended. Divide among 4 glasses,
top each with mini doughnut, then SERVE...
