Recipe Corner
Reese's Brownies

1/2 cup margarine or butter
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate squares
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
10 ounce bag Reese's peanut butter chips

DIRECTIONS .....

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Grease 8-inch square cake pan

In medium saucepan melt margarine

and chocolate over low heat. Remove from heat.

Stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla.

Beat lightly by hand just until combined.

Stir in flour and Reese's Peanut Butter chips.

Spread batter into baking pan.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Cool and cut into squares.

With the attention drawn to hurricane Sandy,
all I can say is I hope those that I reach on here
stay safe and do not endure many hardships.
Here in Ohio they caution us with high winds,
mainly and we are to also receive rain and snow.
The possibility of the loss of power is with us
with the high winds, so if I do not publish,
that would be why ......
So, once again, be safe and thoughts of those
who are directly in the path of this hurricane.
